DryPointes are a solution to odor and moisture in shoes created by sweat. The inserts are made using silica gel which has millions of tiny pores that pull and hold moisture from your shoes, keeping them dry. Just look at the moisture-absorbing ability of DryPointes when left on wet concrete for only a few minutes!
DryPointe inserts are designed to be immediately placed inside each shoe after wearing or during storage. They can also be used inside boxing gloves, motorcycle helmets, a gym bag or anything to be dried.
This will depend upon how and where you are using your DryPointe inserts, but the silica in DryPointe inserts does not break down. The inserts can be “re-charged” after months of continuous use (see How do you “recharge” DryPointes?). “Re-charging” may be needed only after 6 to 8 months of use depending on humidity levels and conditions. The inserts are constructed with multiple outer layers for great durability. We have seen inserts used continuously without “recharging” for 12-24 months with great results, and customers using them for up to 5 years…yes, they last a long time!

Items will be shipped within 2 business days of completion of the payment of you order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 days once shipped. Delivery times are dependent on distance and weather conditions.

If within 30 days of receiving your product, you find your product to be defective or have a problem with it, please email us at info@drypointe.com with a description of the issue. Based on the issue, we will provide a Return Authorization Number to have you send the product back to us for a return or exchange. Returns/Exchanges
Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned to:
To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us and share with us a photo of the product and issue experienced. Based on the issue, we may require that the product be returned, at the cost of the buyer, for further review of the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 2 weeks before your refund is officially posted to your bank or credit card statement. Please contact us, if you have not received confirmation of your refund with 7 days after our emailed refund confirmation.
From start to finish, please give your refund/exchange 7-14 days on domestic orders to get back to you. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
